Build-It-Co. and it's owner have been in the construction business since 1996. The second year in business we were featured in House Beautiful. Hearst Publications chose us because of the details and quality of our work and in their House Plans publication our blueprint was featured. This house ended up a home for our family and we loved it for many years.



We have learned that quality, details, documentation, communication, time-lines and cost make all the difference in ending with a happy customer and a beautiful finished project. "We love Happy Endings!" I have been tested, tried and weighed and we want to finish well. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. I started in the door & millwork Industry, worked for TJ International Structural Wood Products and for Norco their National Wood Window Manufacturing Company and then hands on in the building and remodeling. We started in the remodeling business and then adding new homes to our wide range of knowledge and skill. We also have had the privilege of doing commercial projects including a dental office building, a Church and a car dealership showroom to name a few.



Over the years we have built many speculation homes from our own design team which were named after our family members. We had the privilege of building custom homes for our clients with their own design blueprints.



We remodel many homes over the years, from custom crawl spaces to lifting homes for a better foundation to kitchens, bathrooms, adding additional rooms to complete makeovers! All ideas are welcome.
